Nipple piercing made from a 1.6x20mm PMFK barbell and a 2-piece design made from 925 sterling silver. On the left and right of the barbell is a small Swarovski crystal in white and a small artificial pearl hangs on the chain. The barbell is hollow inside and the design just needs to be put into the barbell. The barbell dumbbell can be shortened at will.
