Nipple piercing made from a 1.6x20mm PMFK barbell and a 2-part rose design made from 925 sterling silver. The rose design is enamelled pink on the inside. The barbell is hollow inside and the design just needs to be put into the barbell. The barbell dumbbell can be shortened at will.
